I have used this company a number of time and have found them to be 1st class with their work. Very professional and great value for money. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

well lads..nearly 16th lucky dip day for your pay ..i dont understand why you all stay with the con men..their robbing peter to pay paul all the time..owing money is second nature to them ..as for hugh hes a discrace to the proffesion..only shame is their getting away with it..im sure a few of their clients would love to be involved in this discracefull behaviour..not..

This security firm worked the gate at a local event close to church stretton. They were very threatening and arrogant towards people entering the event and at the end of the night were very rude to everyone leaving.... do yourself a favour don't book them

What can i say, I'am in the same boat. I lost everthing because of them house the lot because of there lies. They are all the same- all liers. Tell you what you want to here, never pay you, hold back hours holidays the same darren lies and huw want to sack you. If you don't do what they want you cant even be sick with them thinking u lie but they r the biggest lies of all huw and darren r in this together bullies how can they keep going like this there day will come and it won't be long.

Out of interest anyone else out there who got their S.I.A license without actually taking any S.I.A training or exam? Secure Serve fill out our exam papers for us and just tell us to sign them. Never had so much as one minutes training and secure serve also claim that we are all trained up on First Aid. Another lie as never been trained in first aid by them at all.

Do Not employ Secure Serve mobile unit to cover your premises. The guards are told not to drive around too much and to sit and drink coffee and watch t.v. at a static guard site to save the company money rather than waste on fuel. In other words you may as well have no security at all. Your money has gone totally down the drain.

Worst bunch of liars ever. Lie about paydates, causing direct debits to bounce causing me a lot of bank charges. Lies about going into liquidation, lies about using Swansea address with Port Talbot phone number. No holiday ever given or allowed and no pay for it either. No pay rise in years or christmas bonuses. Not allowed days off. Corrupt to the core. Tax evasion going on. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM WITHOUT A UNION. They say they do not recognise them. They are bullies and a law to themselves. There time is limited. No new work contract despite new company name. (still stay same but reg. no. changed. Managering Directors gone from wives to Hugh. No union no chance of getting paid. No order in office and Hugh although offically managing director does not know anything about anything or he is just one big fat overweight liar.

This is a new company so we thought we would give them a try, they were fantastic, prompt, polite and did the job to a very high standard. we will use these guys again.

This was a truly appalling service. We found the employees rude and intrusive to both our other employees and customers. I would not recommend them.

This company has gone in to liquidation and changed its name so many times that its a joke. I am sure ACAS must have a direct line to their office the amount off staff they rip off. Hopefully it's only a short time till they get shut down for good. No one gets paid on time if they get paid at all.
